Arizona's Entertainment Law Firm.

Entertainment is really two words - "show" "business".

ABOUT US.

When was the last time you enjoyed a good movie, took in a Broadway or Off-Broadway show, or attended a concert?  Did you wonder what it would be like to hobnob with movie and Broadway stars?  What does it take to be a part of the legal team that assists and guides talented individuals to the pinnacle of stardom?  Well, The Law Offices of Stephen Wade Nebgen, PLLC have helped hundreds of clients navigate the stormy seas of trying to bring an entertainment project to port.

There is so much that goes on behind the scenes of any entertainment endeavor.  The "backstage" of a production is as important to the success of the show as the stars that appear in the Show.  The retention of an entertainment law attorney is one of the most important decisions any artist will make.

Stephen Wade Nebgen has over thirty (30) years of experience working in the entertainment industry with credits in New York theatre, film, music, and television.  Prior to going into the law, among other credits, Mr. Nebgen was the General Manager at The Lamb's Theater, located at 44th Street and Broadway, in New York City. Mr. Nebgen also produced such prominent Off-Broadway plays as Fortune and Men's Eyes and Bert See's The Light, which featured Jack Black in his New York theatre debut.  Mr. Nebgen also worked on such Broadway productions as Lettice & Lovage, starring Tony Award winner Dame Maggie Smith, and Andrew Lloyd Webber productions of Cats, and Aspects of Love.

Currently, in addition to practicing entertainment law in Arizona and New York, Mr. Nebgen is the Executive Producer of ShowBiz AZ, Arizona's only television/internet production devoted entirely to the Arizona entertainment industry.  Go to ShowBiz AZ.net (www.showbizaz.net) to see current segments.

Mr. Nebgen received his undergraduate degree from Fordham University in Religious Studies, graduating summa cum laude. He then attended The University of Texas School of Law, and, while obtaining his law degree in two and one/half years, co-founded The Texas Review of Entertainment & Sports Law ("TRESL").

Mr. Nebgen's law practice focuses on business law with a specialty of entertainment law.  Mr Nebgen counsels clients regarding business formation, intellectual property matters in copyright and trademarks, contract negotiations, and other services as required.

Let us take care of the "business"
so you can put on the "show"!
